Is this only for new leaders?
No. While many of the women we support are stepping into leadership for the first time, our work also resonates with experienced leaders who never had identity-affirming support early on. If you’ve ever felt like you had to figure leadership out alone, you’re in the right place.
I'm Busy. How much time does this really require?
We respect that your calendar is full. Our programs are intentionally designed to fit into real life, not compete with it. This isn’t about adding more to your plate; it’s about helping you lead more clearly and sustainably with what you already have.
What if I'm not sure I belong in leadership yet?
That uncertainty is more common than you think. You don’t need to feel “ready” to start. Leadership confidence is built on the road, not before the journey begins. If you’re asking the question, you’re already closer than you realize.
How is this different from other leadership programs?
Most leadership programs focus on performance without acknowledging identity. We do both. At No Gap Consulting, we center culture, context, and lived experience while still providing practical leadership tools. This is leadership development that feels human, not generic.
Is this therapy or coaching?
This is leadership coaching, not therapy. We focus on skill-building, clarity, confidence, and real workplace navigation. While the work can feel affirming and supportive, our goal is to help you lead effectively and intentionally.

What if my company should be paying for this?
Many participants use professional development funds, ERG budgets, or manager-approved learning stipends. We’re happy to provide a description or invoice you can share internally if that’s helpful.
I’m used to leading on my own. What if group coaching isn’t for me?
Leading alone is often a survival skill, not a preference. Group coaching offers perspective, accountability, and community without pressure to over-share. You engage at your own pace, and many leaders find it’s the first space where they don’t have to explain themselves.
How do I know if this is the right next step?
If leadership feels heavier than it should, if you’re questioning your confidence, or if you want support that honors who you are, this is likely your next stop. You don’t need perfect clarity to begin. Sometimes the clarity comes after you start moving.
What’s the next step if I’m interested?
Start where you feel most comfortable: join a group coaching program, attend a workshop, or reach out about a corporate partnership. We’ll help you figure out the best route forward.
