Leadership wasn’t built to hold women like us.
That’s the gap I lived and the one I now help close.

Hey y’all, I’m Coach C, Candice Miles. From Waco to Luling to San Diego, I’ve spent over a decade navigating leadership spaces where expectations were high but support was limited. In 2023, a 4.5-month investigation at work forced me to face a hard truth: sometimes you have to save yourself. I chose to walk away with clarity, not defeat and that choice reshaped everything.

Today, I work with Black women leaders, allies, and corporate partners to build leadership that’s confident, culturally grounded, and sustainable. I don’t teach people how to fit in I help them lead as themselves and create systems where leadership actually feels like home.
